We are finally there! The walls in the building were finished in October and in December of 2010 a heat pump was installed! The dogs LOVE having heat in the winter and air conditioning in the summer! Thanks to the many people who made donations and came out to support our fundraisers! Thanks again to Sybil Goodson and Amber Sharpe for their tireless work in the Alamance County raffle. They raised $2,700 to help pay to have the walls and insulation installed in the building. Way to go girls!
NEXT BUILDING PROJECT- plans are being made to erect a smaller building to serve as a new quarantine area for dogs. Additional fencing is also going to be a project within the next year.
